District Executive Board
The DEC is the second supreme organ of Kalangala District NGO Forum, it comprises of 11 members elected by the General Assembly. The DEC formulates and supervises policy and program implementation.
KADINGO was registered as an NGO under the NGO statute in 2008 and certified under Quality Assurance Mechanisms (QuAM) in 2010.
KADINGO was also awarded a monument in recognition of being one of the first District network to be certified under the (QuAM).
